JOURNEY BLUEPRINT

Upon arrival in Delhi, a city both chaotic and captivating, they were warmly greeted and escorted to their hotel. After settling in and enjoying a brief rest, their journey began with an enchanting introduction to both Old and New Delhi. Their exploration included the bustling Chandni Chowk Bazaar in Old Delhi, the awe-inspiring Jama Masjid, an Indo-Islamic masterpiece built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century, the historic Red Fort, Gandhi’s Memorial, the majestic Humayun’s Tomb, and the towering Qutub Minar.

Next, they ventured to Agra, just a 4-hour drive from Delhi, where they encountered the iconic Taj Mahal – the breathtaking Seventh Wonder of the World. Built by Shah Jahan in honor of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj Mahal’s sheer magnificence leaves visitors in awe, and experiencing it in person is truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment.

After two nights in Agra, they journeyed towards Bharatpur, with an enchanting stop at the abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri. This 16th-century ghost city, mysteriously deserted shortly after its completion, remains in remarkable condition and offers a fascinating glimpse into India’s rich history. Upon arriving in Bharatpur, they were whisked away to the station to board a scenic train ride to Ranthambore.

In Ranthambore, they enjoyed two thrilling safaris – one in the early morning and another in the late afternoon. The safaris allowed them to explore the wild heart of the jungle, keeping their eyes peeled for the elusive Bengal tigers and other wildlife, like leopards, lounging in the shade.

Their journey concluded in Jaipur, the vibrant “Pink City,” where they were greeted with the warmth of Indian hospitality – “Atithi Devo Bhava,” meaning “the guest is truly God.” In Jaipur, they explored iconic landmarks such as the Amber Fort, the intricate Hawa Mahal, and the grand City Palace, with three days to immerse themselves in the city’s fascinating history, culture, and architectural wonders.
