BEHIND THE JOURNEY
The couple was searching for the perfect island destination for their honeymoon, having already explored numerous popular islands like the Maldives and Mauritius. Unsure of where to go next, we presented them with six beautiful, lesser-known island destinations, as well as a few city-island combinations. After careful consideration, they narrowed their options down to French Polynesia—Bora Bora—and the Caribbean—Turks and Caicos.
Having personally visited both destinations, we were able to provide detailed insights into each. Ultimately, they chose a Tahiti and Bora Bora experience with a stopover in Los Angeles. Bora Bora, one of the most stunning reef islands in the world, certainly met their high expectations—and, as we knew it would, exceeded them. There are simply no words to fully capture the beauty and magic of the place.
JOURNEY BLUEPRINT
Starting in Los Angeles, they explored the glitz and glamour of this sun-soaked city, from Rodeo Drive to Santa Monica, before boarding the overnight flight to Tahiti.

They spent one day exploring Tahiti before taking a seaplane to Bora Bora. Upon arrival, they were greeted with a warm welcome and a traditional song. We created a truly magical experience for them by selecting one of the most beautiful overwater villas, complete with a private plunge pool and breathtaking views of Mount Otemanu. Surrounded by thousands of shades of blue, they snorkeled in the translucent lagoon, relaxed in a hammock, and reveled in the warm hospitality of French Polynesia. Of course, they never wanted to leave!

BEST TIME TO VISIT
The best time to visit Tahiti and Bora Bora is during the dry season, from May to October, when you can enjoy warm temperatures, clear skies, and lower humidity—ideal for beach activities. April and November, the transitional months between the wet and dry seasons, offer the benefits of both. These months feature fewer crowds, generous resort deals, and plenty of sunshine.
